  • 5 tbsp Borsari Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Bread Diced crusts removed
  • 3 lbs Plum Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Savory Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Basil Julienned
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Heat 3 Tbsp Borsari Olive Oil in Large Saute Pan over medium Heat. Add 2 Cups of Bread Cubes. Cook over medium to medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Stir until evenly browned.
  • Combine Tomatoes, Garlic, Sugar and Savory Seasoning to your Bread Cubes. Stir over medium-heat for 5 minutes.
  • Pour Tomato mixture into a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan Cheese and Drizzle with 2 tbsp of Olive Oil. Bake for 25 to 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
