Ingredients
- 2 lbs ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cups bread cubes (day-old bread works best)
- 3 tbsp Borsari Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Borsari Savory Seasoning (or Original Seasoning)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, warm Borsari Olive Oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add bread cubes and toss until lightly toasted.
- In a baking dish, combine tomatoes, toasted bread cubes, and Borsari Seasoning; mix gently.
