Borsari’s Everything Bagel is a blend of sea salt, onion, garlic, poppy seeds, and both white and black sesame seeds. This is a unique seasoning blend with an enticing aroma and final flavor that is perfect for use on a bagel with cream cheese for the “right” amount of flavor you like. Put a little in your bread dough when baking or sprinkle it on fish, salads, or vegetables. We don’t call it “Everything” for nothing!

Borsari Favorite Uses

• Grilled, Pan-Fried, Roasted or Broiled Fish (Salmon, Tuna, Swordfish, Etc) or Pork: Moisten all sides of meat with olive oil. Rub Borsari on all sides and cook as normal.
• Chicken Breasts and Pieces: Generously season flour with Borsari. Roll chicken in seasoned flour and shake off excess. Roast, broil, or pan fry as normal.
• Sprinkle On: Tossed Salad, Vegetables, Eggs, Pasta, Popcorn, Sauces, Cream Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Garlic Bread, Baked Potatoes, and Pizza
