Borsari Favorite Uses:

• Steak, Lamb, or Pork (Grilled, Pan-Fried, Roasted, or Broiled): Lightly coat meat with olive oil, rub Borsari on all sides, and cook as usual.
• Roast Chicken: Rub the entire bird with butter or olive oil, then generously sprinkle and pat Borsari over the skin. Season the cavity with Borsari and roast as usual.
• Chicken Breasts and Pieces: Mix Borsari into flour, generously seasoning it. Coat the chicken in the seasoned flour, shake off excess, and roast, broil, or pan-fry as desired.
• Tossed Salads, Vegetables, Eggs, Pasta, Popcorn, Sauces, Garlic Bread, Baked Potatoes, Cottage Cheese, Cream Cheese, and Pizza: Sprinkle Borsari to taste to enhance flavor and elevate every bite.
