Description

In 1914 Adelecesa Borsari immigrated from Emilia-Romagna, Italy to America. With her, she brought a wealth of regional recipes and culinary skills that had been handed down in her family for many generations. One such recipe was a sensational blend of fresh herbs, spices, and sea salt which she made for family and close friends. The blend, referred to as, “the salts," had the ability to add flavor to a wide variety of dishes thereby giving it the, “it simply makes food taste better,” moniker.

In 1972 Noni Borsari decided to teach one of her grandsons - Adolph, named after her husband - the age-old recipe and technique for making “the salts." Thus, the torch was passed and the rest is history. The original salts became the backbone of a line of seasoning that now encompasses eight variations and is marketed throughout America by Borsari Food Co. Gravity-Fed Spice Grinder

Introducing our stylish and elegant battery-operated gravity-fed spice grinder. To use, add one full jar of your favorite blend of Borsari Seasonings into the grinder. Once full, simply tip upside down to activate. Adjust the coarseness of the final product by turning the output knob. Clockwise for a finer grind and counterclockwise for a coarser result.
