  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound sweet italian sausage
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic – minced
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Borsari Original Seasoning
  • 2 large cans whole tomatoes -chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1-1/2 cups Borsari Bloody Mary Mix
  • 2 cans light red kidney beans


  • In large soup pot or dutch oven brown ground beef and sausage until fully cooked. Add onions, peppers and garlic to meat mixture and saute for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and allow chili mixture to come to a simmer and then reduce heat to low. Allow chili to remain cooking on low for at least one hour, stirring often. (It’s Good Therapy) Adjust seasoning to personal taste. Garnish with sour cream, chopped scallions or shredded cheese.
