This Simple & Tasty Salmon is proof that a delicious, elegant dinner doesn’t need to be complicated. With just a drizzle of Borsari Olive Oil and a sprinkle of Borsari Seasoning, the salmon roasts to perfection - flaky on the inside with a savory, golden crust on the outside. It’s quick, healthy, and perfect for busy weeknights or special dinners alike.
Ingredients
- 4 Salmon Fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp Borsari Olive Oil
- 2 to 3 tsp Borsari Original Seasoning (or your favorite blend, we also love Borsari Citrus Blend for this recipe)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush with Borsari Olive Oil and season generously with Borsari Seasoning.
- Place fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 125–130°F.
- Serve with fresh lemon wedges and your favorite sides.
