Borsari Fast and Tasty Pork Tenderloin This is en easy and tasty method for roasting pork tenderloin. Be careful not to over cook as the pork tenderloin has very little internal fat and will become dry. Light pink is what you are targeting.

- BORSARI ORANGE GINGER SEASONING
- Olive Oil
- Butter

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Dry the pork tenderloin and rub the entire outer surface with Olive Oil. Generously sprinkle all sides with BORSARI ORANGE GINGER SEASONING. Sear tenderloin on all sides (ends too) over medium high heat in a skillet that has been pre-oiled with olive oil and 1 pad of butter until nicely browned. Place tenderloin on a rack in a roasting pan and roast in the 350 oven until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
