Dry Salmon fillets or steaks with paper towels. Apply a light coating of good quality olive oil on both sides of the fish and lightly sprinkle both sides with BORSARI CITRUS or BORSARI ORANGE GINGER SEASONINGS. Pat surface of fish to set seasoning. Grill or pan fry at medium temperature, or oven roast at 425 degrees. Be careful not to overcook. The center should be firm with a tiny line of uncooked salmon at the very center. Cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Squeeze a few drops of fresh lemon juice on fish before serving.
