Your favorite lager meets savory Borsari Bloody Mary Mix for a refreshing beer cocktail with a bright squeeze of lime.
Ingredients
Makes 1 cocktail
- 4 oz Borsari Bloody Mary Mix
- 12 oz chilled Mexican-style lager
- 1 lime wedge, plus an extra wedge for garnish
- The Original Borsari Seasoned Salt Blend, for the rim
Directions
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of a chilled glass that holds at least 20 oz. Dip the rim into The Original Borsari Seasoned Salt Blend.
- Pour the Bloody Mary Mix into the glass and squeeze in the lime wedge.
- Slowly pour in the chilled lager, leaving room for the foam.
- Stir gently to combine and garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
Borsari Tip: Pour the beer slowly down the inside of a tilted glass to keep the foam manageable. For an extra kick, add a dash of your favorite hot sauce.
