- Borsari Original Seasoning
- Olive Oil
Instructions

Rub potato with a Borsari Olive Oil. Place Borsari Original Seasoning on a sheet of wax paper and roll the oiled potato in the seasoning to coat. Do not wrap in foil. Bake on a cookie sheets at 375 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes or until done. Eat as usual, skin and all.
