Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1-2 Zucchini’s sliced to desired thickness
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 large Eggs beaten
- Cracked Pepper
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat

In a large bowl combine your Panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan Cheese

Dredge cut zucchini slices in flour, dip into eggs, and then coat in Panko mixture

Add coated slices to the skillet and cook until a golden crisp

Place finished slices onto a paper toweled plate to absorb oils

Finish off using Borsari Cracked Pepper to your desired amount
