Borsari Fried Zucchini Crisps

  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1-2 Zucchini’s sliced to desired thickness
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • Cracked Pepper


  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat
  • In a large bowl combine your Panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan Cheese
  • Dredge cut zucchini slices in flour, dip into eggs, and then coat in Panko mixture
  • Add coated slices to the skillet and cook until a golden crisp
  • Place finished slices onto a paper toweled plate to absorb oils
  • Finish off using Borsari Cracked Pepper to your desired amount
