Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Borsari Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp Borsari Savory Seasoning (or Original Seasoning)
Instructions
- Preheat grill (or oven to 425°F ).
- Arrange bell peppers, zucchini, onion, and cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet or grill basket.
- Drizzle with olive oil, squeeze lemon juice over the top, and sprinkle evenly with Borsari Seasoning. Toss gently to coat.
- Grill or roast for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until vegetables are tender and lightly charred.
- Transfer to a serving platter, add an extra squeeze of lemon, and serve warm.
