Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- ¼ c butter or margarine
- 4 TBSP flour
- 3 – 10 ½ oz. cans condensed beef stock
- ¼ c butter or margarine
- 1 ½ lbs. sirloin cut in ¼” strips
- Borsari Original Seasoning
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- ¼ c finely chopped onion
- pinch garlic powder
- pinch parsley
- ¼ cup sherry wine
- ¼ cup tomato puree
- 1 cup sour cream
- Buttered Noodles Serve over pasta
Instructions

Brown butter and flour in a 3-quart saucepan. Then add condensed beef stock and cook on slow heat about 5 minutes.

Heat butter in a large skillet and quickly brown sirloin strips seasoned with several shakes of Borsari Original Seasoning. Add mushrooms, chopped onion, garlic powder, and parsley and cook about 15 minutes until brown. Then add gravy, sherry and tomato puree. Cook until meat is tender, then add sour cream and bring to a boil.

Serve Stroganoff on buttered noodles.
