Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta
- 2 tbsp Borsari Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- 8 oz sirloin or ribeye steak
- 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp Borsari Cracked Pepper Seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Steak: Season steak generously with Borsari Cracked Pepper Seasoning. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak 3 to 4 minutes per side, until cooked to your liking. Remove, rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Sear the Shrimp: In the same pan, add shrimp and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: Lower heat to medium. Add remaining olive oil and garlic, sauté 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, butter, and 1 tsp Borsari Cracked Pepper Seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes.
- Combine: Toss pasta in the sauce until coated. Add steak and shrimp back to the pan, gently mixing to combine.
- Serve: Divide among plates and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
Pro Tips
- For extra richness, add a splash of white wine to the sauce before the cream.
- Swap Parmesan for Asiago or Pecorino for a sharper flavor.
- Want a kick? Add a pinch of red pepper flakes along with the garlic.
