Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter (or olive oil for dairy-free)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (or milk for lighter version)
- 2 garlic cloves, roasted or sautéed
- 2 tsp Borsari Cracked Pepper Seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the cauliflower: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add cauliflower florets and cook until fork-tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well.
- Blend until smooth: Transfer cauliflower to a food processor (or use a potato masher for chunkier texture). Add butter, cream, garlic, and Borsari Cracked Pepper Seasoning.
- Adjust seasoning: Blend or mash until creamy and smooth. Taste and add additional salt or seasoning if needed.
- Serve: Spoon into a serving bowl, garnish with fresh chives, and enjoy warm.
Pro Tips
- For extra creaminess, add a spoonful of cream cheese or Parmesan while blending.
- Make it vegan by swapping butter and cream with olive oil and unsweetened almond milk.
- Use roasted garlic instead of fresh for a mellow, sweet flavor boost.
