Holiday Herb-Crusted Pork Roast

This tender, aromatic pork roast is infused with the rich flavors of Borsari Tuscan Rosemary Sage. With fresh herbs, garlic, and a golden crust, it makes a beautiful and effortless Christmas dinner centerpiece.
Ingredients
- 1 (3 to 4 lb) boneless pork loin roast
- 2 to 3 tsp Borsari Tuscan Rosemary Sage Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped (plus extra sprigs for garnish)
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Pat pork roast dry, then rub with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, thyme, rosemary, Dijon mustard, and Borsari Tuscan Rosemary Sage.
- Coat the roast evenly with the herb mixture.
- Place on a roasting rack or baking sheet and roast for 55 to 75 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let rest 10 to 15 minutes before slicing for maximum juiciness.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
