Cook Time: 40 mins
Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf gluten-free bread, cubed and toasted
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (or olive oil for dairy-free)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth for vegetarian)
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tsp Borsari Original Seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and carrots; sauté until softened, about 7 to 8 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine toasted gluten-free bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, broth, eggs, Borsari Original Seasoning, sage, thyme, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes, until golden brown on top.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Pro Tips

  • For extra crunch, toast the bread cubes in the oven before mixing with the vegetables.
  • Customize your stuffing with add-ins like dried cranberries, sautéed mushrooms, or cooked sausage.
  • Make ahead: Prepare the stuffing up to one day in advance and refrigerate. Bake just before serving.
