When you need dinner fast but still want bright, bold flavor, this garlic shrimp delivers. Juicy shrimp, tender pasta, and a buttery garlic sauce come together in just 15 minutes - perfect for busy weeknights when time is short but expectations are high.

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined (can also use thawed frozen shrimp)
- 8 oz pasta (linguine, fettuccine, or your favorite)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (try Borsari Olive Oil)
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tsp Borsari Citrus Seasoning (plus more to taste)
- 1/4 cup reserved pasta water
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: grated Parmesan, lemon wedges, red pepper flakes
Instructions

Cook the pasta.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain. -
Sauté the garlic.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant. -
Cook the shrimp.
Add shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle with Borsari Citrus Seasoning and optional lemon slices. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side, until shrimp are pink and opaque. -
Toss it all together.
Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water to the skillet. Toss gently to coat everything in the garlic-citrus sauce. -
Finish & serve.
Remove from heat. Garnish with parsley. Add a squeeze of lemon (optional) and serve immediately.
