Recipe:
- 2 ½ lbs whole chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp butter
- ½ cup Borsari olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Borsari Original Seasoning
- 1 tsp Borsari Cracked Pepper Seasoning

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with a rack, if available.
- Place wings in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan, then stir in Borsari olive oil until blended.
- Pour butter-oil mixture over the wings and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle wings with Borsari Original and Cracked Pepper, tossing again for even coverage.
- Arrange wings top-side up on the baking sheet.
- Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- For extra crispiness, brown under the broiler for a few minutes at the end.
