Borsari’s Original Seasoning Salt helps make this the perfect tenderloin recipe
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare a whole tenderloin by removing unwanted fat and silver skin. Pat dry and tie with cotton kitchen twine to hold tenderloin together. Rub entire surface with Olive Oil and generously sprinkle all sides of the meat with BORSARI ORIGINAL SEASONING - pat to set seasoning. Heat 2 tbsp. of olive oil in a large heavy pan over moderately high heat. Using tongs brown tenderloin on all sides. Transfer beef to roasting pan with a rack and roast at 325 degrees until a thermometer inserted into the center of the meat registers 118 degrees - medium rare. Transfer to a cutting board and loosely tent with aluminum foil Let rest for 12 - 15 minutes. Carve and server.
