Borsari’s Orange and Ginger Seasoning Salt makes for a fast and tasty pork tenderloin recipe.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Dry the pork tenderloin and rub the entire outer surface with Olive Oil. Generously sprinkle all sides with BORSARI ORANGE/GINGER SEASONING. Sear tenderloin on all sides (ends too) over medium high heat in a skillet that has been pre-oiled with olive oil and 1 pad of butter until nicely browned. Place tenderloin on a rack in a roasting pan and roast in the 350 oven until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
